Luhua offers a full range of high quality hydrocarbon resins for downstream customers, including water white hydrogenated hydrocarbon resins, piperylene based C5 hydrocarbon resins, and C9 hydrocarbon resins mainly based on aromatic olefins from C9 raw materials. Luhua hydrocarbon resins can be used in a variety of downstream industrial applications such as adhesives, rubber, coatings, packaging and printing, and have become important components of the downstream industrial products such as hot melt adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives, tires, construction and road marking paints, which has been applied to a wide range of end-customer products, including health care materials, packaging labels and adhesive tapes.
Luhua SIS’s are styrene and isoprene block copolymers designed and synthesized primarily for adhesive applications with unique microscopic structure, which provides the needed properties for the applications in adhesive. The pressure sensitive and hot melt adhesives formulated with Luhua SIS’s are widely used in the products of medical, electrical insulation and packaging.
Luhua isoprene rubbers are rare-earth based isoprene rubbers with high cis-content and low impurity content. They can be used as substitutes for natural rubbers in common rubber products such as tires, tapes, hoses, shoes, etc. They can also be used for the production of rubber products with where high purity required such as food and pharmaceutical packaging and sealing, medical plugs and gaskets, baby bottle nipples as well as rubber products with very light color or transparent.
Luhua fine chemicals and monomers are important raw material precursors for the downstream polymer materials, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. High purity isoprene can be used in the synthesis of rubber products such as isoprene rubber and SIS elastomers, while dicyclopentadiene and piperylene are used in the production of hydrogenated petroleum resins, C5 petroleum resins, unsaturated polyesters among other important polymer materials. Tert-butylamine is an important intermediate in organic synthesis, mainly used in the synthesis of vulcanization accelerator and rifampicin.
